These Terms of Service govern your use of MidlineSolutions.com and any services provided by Midline Solutions LLC. By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these terms.

Services and proposals

The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are defined in your package description or written proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payment

Package prices are one-time fees unless stated otherwise. Custom projects may be billed in milestones. Promotional pricing, including our 50% discount offer, applies to new orders placed while the offer is active.

Revisions and approvals

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated at purchase. Timelines depend on timely feedback and content from you. Approval of a milestone confirms acceptance of that deliverable.

Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, all rights, title and interest in final deliverables created specifically for you, including designs, source files and custom code, transfer to you. Third-party assets such as licensed fonts, stock media or open-source libraries remain subject to their own licenses.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

Warranties and liability

We perform services with professional care and skill. Post-launch warranty periods are specified in your package. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
