Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts delivered for your package, and we are unable to resolve your concerns through the included revision rounds, you may request a refund before final files are delivered.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving initial concepts.
• Refunds are not available once final files, source code or deliverables have been approved or transferred.
• Refunds do not apply to third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as domain registration, licensed fonts, stock assets or app store fees.
• Projects cancelled for reasons unrelated to quality, or inactive for more than 30 days due to missing client feedback, are not eligible.

Custom and milestone projects

For custom scopes billed in milestones, refunds apply only to milestones not yet started. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@midlinesolutions.com with your order number and a short description of your concerns. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
